Do you require a deposit? What are methods of payment?
All rentals require a deposit. We are very flexible as far as final payments. We accept cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 Days of your appointment. In the event of severe weather , we do not offer refunds. but reschedule at your and our availability. Your credit is good for use towards a future date with our availability. Cancellations must be 2 weeks to Rental Date for a Full Deposit refund. Otherwise we do not offer refunds.

How long is the rental?
​
Our standard rental period is 4 hours, this does not include set up/break down time. We can also rent for a full day, at additional cost. We are flexible concerning these rental time frames, and only ask that you let us know any special requests in advance. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.

What about the weather….?
​
We know that the weather changes in this area every three hours, and we’re prepared to handle that! We will make every effort to make you happy and fulfill your rental needs; however, we always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather (rain, high winds, etc.). If weather conditions are marginal when we drop off the unit, and you decide to keep it, we cannot offer any refunds. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. Weather perimeters: Winds more than 25mph, Summer higher than 95 degrees, winter lower than 40 degrees, we will cancel your appointment up to 1 hour of your appointment and reschedule. This is for safety reasons! We do not offer refunds for weather conditions. We do not offer refunds up to 2 weeks of bounce rentals. We do not offer refunds for Party packages at all. We happily reschedule for any circumstance with full credit. You will never lose credit with us.

How many children can bounce at one time?
Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the BC Inflatables LLCs unit at the same time. The maximum number of persons of each group that should play in the BC Inflatables LLCs unit at one time are as follows, or by the manufactures recommended capacity and weight load printed on the inflatable, whichever capacity is fewer should be used. Lessor prohibits the use of any inflatable by persons over the age of fifteen (15), unless the unit was designed and intended for adult use. Lessee understands that no persons exceeding two hundred (200) pounds shall enter into any inflatable, at any time.

What kind of power requirement will I need for my event?
​
Our blowers operate on standard 100VAC (the regular plugs in homes and businesses). We will provide all of the heavy duty extension cords that are required. However, we cannot run more than 100 feet from the outlet without potentially damaging the blowers. Plan on needing (1) outlet per inflatable, and a maximum of (2) blowers on any (1) breaker.

How much space do I need?
​
Industry standards suggest that spacing should be at a minimum of six feet in all directions. We understand that these guidelines cannot always be exactly met. Please contact us to discuss your space requirements.

How long does it take to set up?
​
It takes our employees approximately 20-30 minutes to set up each unit, and to go over the safety rules and answer any questions you might have.

Does the inflatable have to be set up on the grass? Can I set it up on pavement? Can they be set up indoors?
​
Our units can be set up on grass as well as some paved surfaces. If you plan to set up the inflatable on a paved surface, please let us know this when you reserve your unit. Inflatables cannot be set up on gravel, rocky surfaces, or steep inclines. We can set up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. An ideal outdoor space is one that is a relatively flat, open area that does not have any overhead obstructions, and has an available power outlet within 50 feet of where the unit is to be set up. Spaces that are typically large enough for indoor set up are gyms, stages, shopping malls, convention halls, and some garages (don’t forget about the garage door opener). If electricity is not available, portable generators are available for rent.

How far in advance should I reserve?
​
We typically recommend that reservations be made three to six weeks in advance of the date needed. Our recommendation is that you book as soon as you know the date you will need your rental. However, if you wake up in the morning, and decide at the last minute to add an inflatable to your party, give us a call! We’ll do everything we can to accommodate last minute reservations.

What if I want to add additional Concession materials/food?
We offer additional materials and food for each 30 servings for an extra $35. So if you need 60 servings, its $75 plus $35, for a total of $110.
